Comfort Hotel City - Gothenburg

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Central Station. I loved the breakfast selection. It had so many options, including fresh fruit and delicious hot food. The bed in my Economy Double Room was surprisingly comfortable, and the small size of the room didn't bother me much since I was mostly out and about. Cleanliness was a big issue. My room was only cleaned a couple of times during my two-night stay, and I found the floor quite dirty. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor that lingered. Although the communal kitchen was available, its space was quite limited and could get crowded. It was a decent stay, but maintenance and cleanliness need better attention.

Overall clean hotel, wonderful breakfast, the location is magnificent just next door to the Central Station and tram stops, the main shopping streets in the middle of town and restaurants n easy access to public transport. The room is top quality and double superior with missing blanket, everything is perfectly fine. They offer central heating, an ironing set and a multi-channel television. Staff is really helpful and extremely friendly and you can park your car nearby. The ambiance is special.

It's perfect hotel and fairly large, with amicable staff and excellent location close to everything in the centre of Gothenburg.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a huge selection,, fresh fruits and crispy bacon. We loved hanging around the fire pit at night, sipping wine and talking about life.

It wasn't inexpensive,, but considering the experience, it was still acceptable.

The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, which can feel cramped, especially with two people and their luggage. I noticed a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom, made things less comfortable than I'd like. The breakfast area can get crowded. There were issues with cleaning frequency. Rooms were only serviced every few days, which didn't keep things as tidy as I'd want .

Loved how close this place is to major attractions! The check-in was really quick. Breakfast was a treat with fresh fruits and crispy bacon. One small thing though, the room was a bit cramped for two, but honestly, we were hardly there. The bar/lounge area was chill too!
